Everything you need to know about the statutory warranty, manufacturer's warranty and returns at a glance.

Statutory warranty

All products are covered by the statutory warranty (garanzia legale di conformità) of 24 months from receipt of the goods. If a defect appears within this period, we will take care of it.

Manufacturer's warranty

As an authorised specialist retailer we supply original brand products only. In addition to the statutory warranty, the respective manufacturer's warranties of the brands apply where granted by the manufacturer. We enclose the proof of purchase with every order; please keep it in case of a warranty claim.

Returns & right of withdrawal

Shipping

We deliver insured to all EU countries. Shipping costs per country and the threshold for free shipping can be found under Shipping.
