Withdrawal Instructions

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of several goods from a single order that are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which the last item was taken into possession.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by post or e-mail). You may use the withdrawal button above or the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs (e.g. engravings, custom-made items or individually adjusted ring sizes).
