We deliver insured within the EU. All prices apply per order, regardless of the number of items.

We ship free of charge on orders of €300.00 or more.

Where we deliver
We deliver to the EU countries listed above. We do not deliver to Switzerland. As we ship from Laives in South Tyrol (Italy), no customs fees apply to deliveries within the EU.
Insured shipping
We ship insured only, with the courier BRT (Bartolini), which works together with DPD. Every shipment is carefully packaged. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you automatically receive an email with the tracking number.
Please make sure that someone at the delivery address can accept the parcel. Also provide your phone number so the courier can contact you if there are any delivery issues.
Delivery time
Our goods are generally ready to ship immediately, unless stated otherwise in the product description. We process all orders with priority and dispatch as quickly as possible after receipt of payment. The specific delivery time per zone is shown in the table above - it depends on the courier and may vary.
Note
Even if you order several items, the shipping cost stays the same. We ship exclusively insured with the courier BRT (a DPD partner) from Laives in South Tyrol - so no customs fees apply for deliveries within the EU. We do not ship to Switzerland.
